Ok without Googling(me), what’s Srap-punk?

What is the “punk” part of those top (good) three? Solar, Hydro and Atom punk. They all seem like utopian cities from the images used.

Is it like Demolition Man? Top world looks and seems perfect, but you got a bunch of “undesirables” living underground that have nothing because the rich utopia people take it all? 🤔

They’re literally the only 3 types of punk subgenre I’ve never heard of before this. They sound cool as fuck.
