Does anyone know an actual good option for burning videos to DVDs? Most of the good options such as DVDStyler dont support HD. Kinda ruins the point of high quality vid if you can’t export it in HQ as well. Any help is appreciated!

I doubt there’s any DVD-authoring software, as in converting to MPEG2 and creating a DVD-compatible video disk, that is up for the task considering that DVD-Video is not HD. It maxes out at 576p, and only in NTSC.

I’d burn any “SuperUltraHD 12K+” high-res movies as Matroska-files (MKV) with H.264 compression and AC3/AAC audio on a standard DVD-Data disk for best compatability. And get a player that supports the specific format.

Perhaps do the modern thing and get equipment that streams HD from your storage (often streaming services) to your TV (or dongles like Google TV etc.).

Or do like me and simply connect the computer to the TV and surround system.
