Bitte hier keine juristischen Begriffe durcheinander werfen. Der homophobe Typ wurde von einem Gericht freigesprochen und ist damit unschuldig. Bei einer Begnadigung ginge es um einen Straferlass trotz festgestellter Schuld.
Edit: das Englische Wort für Begnadigung ist “pardon”.
