All that conserved damage will go away on the next attack, won’t it? I think I read that conserved damage doesn’t carry over repeatedly.

There’s no such thing as overkill. Only open fire and reload.
Kinetic Runic Blade at +10 is almost OP. Almost.
I had kinetic great axe and a ring of arcana both at level 5 ish
