Taiwan, Serbia, Singapore, Iceland, Barbados, Ethiopia, Georgia, Moldova, Slovakia, Denmark, Greece, Togo, Lithuania, Estonia, Tanzania, Kosovo, Samoa, Honduras, Hungary, France, India, Italy, Peru, Slovenia, Bosnia, Trinidad and Tobago, Sudan, Switzerland, and San Marino. And that’s just current heads of state. Also they “rule” (in terms of being cool) everywhere. Hope that helps :)

In many countries right now and over the past century. It’s more common now than ever. Thatcher and the Queen ruled England at one point. It wasn’t a good rule but it was a rule none the less.

Let’s not forget Liz Truss. She may not have been as good as a lettuce but she was nonetheless.

Margaret Thatcher ruled the UK more than Queen Elizabeth the second ever did. But I take your point.
