She was safely relocated to some sagebrush afterwards. But definitely a bit of a scare having my fingers so close.

    Yea? I mean, there’s really no reason to kill her. She’s part of the ecosystem here.

    I live on a farm and sometimes you kinda have to kill things… I really try to avoid that at all costs tho. Relocation is always preferable.

      Good for you! Relocating is always preferable to killing. We love in their ecosystem too and should try to coexist when possible.

      I’m a big believer in letting our insect friends survive… outside

        Oh for sure!

        I love all the critters here, including the scary, venomous ones. But also, bugs that eat other bugs are like my coworkers here lol.

          Exactly. Me and the spiders have an agreement too 😉 its nice to be able to keep my hands clean while they take care of the wet work around our house. Especially when you live in the woods like we do, all kinds of critters out here.
