I see plenty of room to pass. Person running in the gutter lane. Sidewalks in this area look fucking rough (thanks, car centric transportation!).

What’s mildly infuriating is the asshole taking a picture WHILE operating a motor vehicle.

    Lol you got guts for commenting that here and I respect that. Better to risk an ankle roll then to be hit by a crazy person on their phone while driving.
