I have family in West Virginia, more or less right across the river from Crown City, Ohio. I thought it was crazy that this was a group repping some podunk little no stoplight town. Then I googled and saw they were from Oakland. That was a really confusing 30 seconds.

Song was dope though, love when rappers shout out other parts of what make up Hip Hop. Pretty much as long as I’ve been following Hip Hop (~2006), rap has been the part of it that everybody knows but there is so much more and I love it.
