Go Ohio! Vote yes on 1

… I think that’s like next week. Ohio may add protections for abortion to their state constitution.

The time is NOW, Ohioans! My parents both already voted in Ohio to make sure nothing went wrong that might get in the way of their votes being counted. The vote is yes on issue 1 to protect abortion rights in Ohio.

Unfortunately a few months ago the anti-abortion crowd tried to change the threshold for constitutional amendments to prevent this, and people were asked to vote No. They succeeded in stopping it, but the constitutional amendment to protect the right to reproduction health decisions for next week was given the same Issue number, and people are now confused because just a few months ago they were told to vote No.

Voters are legitimately confused, and there is a lot of effort to clarify and inform the public that to protect reproductive health decisions and the right to abortions to vote Yes on Issue 1 this time.

Ohio does have a law that limits abortions to 6 weeks currently, but was put on hold. If Issue 1 does not pass, the 6 week ban on abortions could go into effect at any time, so Ohio needs some help encouraging people to go vote, and clearing up the confusion around Issue 1.

I don’t know how anyone could legitimately still be confused when theirs vote yes (for parents rights) and no (protect children) signs everywhere. If someone can’t figure that out they have to be purposefully ignorant imo.
