depends on which country maybe…but at some time even doctors efforts would be vain when everyone is living in tents and catching cold: u would have to prescribe antibiotics agressively and that would cause further damage to society…we are debating socialism at this point really (at least what i think it is)…(since u’r implying free medical care for instance)
