    I’m confused. You comment looks like two different people making different points lol

    Hopefully you spit out the seeds? They contain amygdalin, a substance that releases cyanide when it comes into contact with human digestive enzymes.

    A few apples worth of seeds isn’t enough to kill you or anything, and the seeds are apparently safe if you swallow them whole.

    FWIW I have eaten apples whole for years, and I have not died of cyanide poisoning yet.

        You just have to make sure not to crush them up since they have a protective layer to allow animals to eat and pass them for proper spread.
