Right now I’m just starting agaim to try, I just had two LDs in my life, but I would like to have them more often. I use mantras (I dont really do the full MILD), reality checks, dream journal, and, when I have time, I also do pre-sleep meditation ( i remember a past dream or a place that I invented).

    I used to do mostly MiLD or auto-suggestion and have kept a dream journal for years. I’ve managed a few accidental WILDs but those are even trickier to get consistently. Recently I haven’t really been doing any techniques, but focusing on mindfulness and meditation, and dream recall.
