Just to be clear, fossil fuel burning is responsible for the bulk of the warming people have caused:
Of the total anthropogenic CO2 emissions, the combustion of fossil fuels was responsible for about 64%±15%, growing to an 86%±14% contribution over the past 10 years.

So even worse then? She knows it’s fucking up the environment she just doesn’t care.
I’d say that acknowledging the problem is the first step towards being willing to act, even if she hasn’t gotten to that second part yet
Trump probably also knows all this. But he won’t ever admit it if it means losing votes or money.
