Another article that points at what average regular people do or don’t do that affect global economics or environment.

What we common people do or don’t do pale in comparison to what the ultra rich do or don’t do. They literally rule the world and what they say goes… and what they say now, like they always have and regardless of what our future holds, is to maintain their wealth, increase their wealth and take wealth from everyone else … their priorities about the planet and humanity in general have no bearing on their decisions to make as much money as possible now in this limited lifetime. They only understand their mountain of money and they could care less about the world burning.

At this point, it’s really too late … the climate has already irreversibly changed and it will take centuries to stabilize again. The only thing left to do is to keep it from getting worse.

There are a lot more regular people than billionaires. If we work together, we can set policy and enact laws in much of the world. And that lets us control the behavior of the wealthiest.

        Have you met the rich?

I hear about this Donald guy on my TV all the time. He doesn’t seem to be in our control yet.

We haven’t won yet, but that doesn’t mean we can’t.
