I was watching The Daedalus Variations (SGA S5 E4) and the crew that abandoned the ship took the F302s with them. Which I understand even if they are gas fueled but would be better if they were powered by naquadah generators.

They are not ever said to be powered by a naquadah generator. I think it’s plain old jet fuel.

The hull is partly made from naquadah metal, and there was one f302 retrofitted with a naquadria powered hyperdrive engine. Outside of that, no mention of extra terrestrial engine types.

They do have inertial dampeners, but I have no idea what kind of power they require.

I would think they have to have some kind of power source beyond jet fuel, mostly because the engines work in space. That means they either hold an incredible amount of both fuel and oxidizer to fly around that much, or they have some alien/high tech propulsion method.
