I was worried they were going to have to cut the cheese.
We are going to need to shift from cow-based cheeses to plant-based ones to lower methane produced by cattle. We can still produce similar flavor and texture though.
I’m not so sure… those vegan cheeses usually use nuts, and that often means lots of water. It’s probably better than beef farming, but that doesn’t help when the soil is dry…
