As nice as these proposals are I doubt it will change anything. Why change their ways when they can not pay millions to changes internal processes and only pay a couple tens of thousands a year in
finescontributions.Until management and executives level employees are helt personally liable for the actions taken nothing will change.
And that won’t change until corporations aren’t legally considered as individuals.
