Good walkthrough. I think a lawyer would happily take the case on contingency to get a cut of a big easy settlement, but other than that everything you wrote sounds likely

Good clarification from someone who sounds like they know what they’re talking about, thanks. But i see no clear indication that it was said in jest. I mean if i had to guess i would say it was in jest, but i also can very easily see elon saying this in earnest because he’s done so many rash enormous decisions in the past. I feel like at a bare minimum it’s got enough validity that a lawsuit about it would become a real case and might make elon’s estate want to give a cash settlement to avoid the litigation
You say that jokingly, but it absolutely does. There are likely other claim holders who have a stronger claim that would superceded this one, but in and of itself this absolutely is a legal binding contact. This is exactly the kind of nonsense he spouts that put him in a position where he legally had to buy twitter even though he didn’t actually want to
Um, what?
EDIT
Their website says it’s suitable for fixed placement or rotation.

EDIT 2
Oh maybe this is what you meant, quote from the website:
Directional setup of LEDs for additional power saving by not shining light over land where not required
Don’t get your hopes up, this kind of thing happens sometimes
Britain’s richest family has got to be the royals, right? Some wacky paperwork might make it look like it’s not that way, but i have to assume that that’s the case unless an in depth investigation specifically proves that it ISN’T true.
Y’all are knocking redbox, and you’re increasingly right for most places, but for many rural areas their internet is still very slow and/or data capped that makes video impossible
Yup, me too. I’ve never had open-eye visuals even when i take most of an eighth. But wow it seriously removes the walls from your thinking!

Dude, you absolutely need the /s on this one. There are people who authentically say this. And they read your comment thinking you and the upvoters all support that same belief too
Wouldn’t the AC still be dehumidifying the air circulation on the upper floors?
There isn’t a single widely-used english dialect that pronounces the g in night.
That’s sort of exactly why i as an individual don’t understand why they don’t do it, because I’m a native english speaker and there’s a lot i would like to change about it. Like imo in spelling, almost all the silent letters that don’t effect pronunciation should be eliminated. Debt should be spelled det, night should be spelled nite
You have all kinds of nonsense in your post. Like you limit it to just compact cars for no reason. When you don’t limit it to just compact cars then you get EVs with 516 mile range
And charging a car for 15 minutes gives you hundreds of miles of range
https://www.tesla.com/supercharger
Etc.
I’ve asked the following question before and I’ve never gotten a good answer - why do the words need a gendered suffix at all? Why can’t the final O and A letters simply be omitted from all words that aren’t inherently gendered? Like the word for library is 'bibliotheca", so why can’t it just be called “bibliothec”?
15 minute recharge adds hundreds of miles of range

Boy it sure is easy to win a debate when you use fictional information
I’m not a lawyer at all, but i just googled the definition of “consideration” and i don’t see how it applies here. This is a statement of how his property should be bequeathed after his death. People don’t will their properties to people in exchange for benefit before they die.
