        I’m a huge fan of day fines for that reason. It’s something I wish we’d do in America. It solves that problem in a fair way.

    Interesting that they are announcing this before the Supreme Court ruling on the same thing in Grant’s Pass… the ruling needs to drop before now and when the Court adjourns on Friday.

    I wonder if someone tipped off the city?
