On August 1, 2023, hackers broke into Gemini North telescope computers. The incident has shutdown observatory operations there and in Chile.

      Both can be true but just sticks is always an answer. Maybe not the only one, but always a correct answer.

    My guess is they’re looking for “secret evidence” of some kind.
