    Because it’s a criminal matter they have to be careful to use the terms the indictment used to avoid libel lawsuits. Same reason an article accompanying a video where someone identifies themselves and then clearly commits a crime will still say they “allegedly” committed a crime or “appear to” do something illegal.

    I understand the frustration but there is a reason, even if it’s a stupid one.
