Those of you who’ve been around in the fediverse a while longer, is there any established etiquette specific to Lemmy as opposed to the normal behavior in places like Reddit? I’ve been a Mastodon user for several years and I’m aware of how norms differ over there, so just wondering if this corner of fedi has anything similar.
The links in the sidebar here in the Support forum are a good start on etiquette specific to Beehaw - which I think is probably more important (or even possible) than trying to come up with some overall standard for the diverse servers in the entire fediverse.
Did you have specific areas of concern that aren’t addressed in the philosophy posts?
No, I had a readthrough of all that before joining to make sure I’d be a good fit here. I was more just curious if there was common Lemmy culture in general as there is on many Mastodon instances :)
