What have you been doing on a regular enough basis that it can be considered a routine?

Bonus points: are you the type to schedule out days for so-and-so activity, or do you like to wing it?

Personally, as someone who is unemployed the closest thing I have to a routine tends to happen in the morning. Everyday the first thing I do is wake up and take my medicine, then make breakfast. After that I tend to check my bank for any surprises, see if I have any emails that are important (on weekdays I check a few times a day), and backlog read Discord communities that I mod for.

After that everything I do for the day tends to depend on my energy levels, but I do try to get lunch made by 1pm, and dinner ready by 5-6pm.

Wake up between 7am and 9am.

Coffee within 20 minutes of waking up.

Second cup of coffee between 10 and 11:30 but never after 11:30 for some reason

“Breakfast” sometime between 10:30am and 12pm. (Never after 12 or I’ve missed the window and have to live with my life choices)

Latte at 2. Always 2. Without fail. Idk why, but always 2. Never before 2, rarely… rarely after 2 (but not by much) always almost exactly 2.

“Snack lunch” between 1 and 3. Whenever “the hunger” strikes. Never a full meal, always enough to be “okay” but not full. Like 200 calories or less

Dinner sometime between 6 and 7 cause of “the hunger”

Cookies sometime between 8 and 10pm.

    Sleep between 12am and 2am

The whole thing when I type it out seems chaotic and not at all consistent but it’s dedicatedly been my life for years at this point and feels exceptionally routine an consistent; and I get very stressed if/when I deviate from this schedule in any major way
