As in the title is there an app for the every 20min look at an object 20m away for 20s rule?

    When I have the timer on and the screen is locked and it runs out it gives me an option to stop but not to reset and restart. So I have to unlock my screen got turn the clock app change to Timer tab reset and restart.

    Im asking if there is any FOSS app because there is plenty of apps on PlayStore that are doing it but im on GrapheneOS
