    Glad to hear this industry is adapting. It’s one of the oldest and most sustainable production systems, but I remember reading it was threatened by the ubiquity of plastic corks in recent years.

    I think my shoes have cork soles come to think of it. Cool.

      Cork. They’re a reputable outlet. Run a good ad blocker and feel ok clicking.

        I’d like to add the word “mostly” in there. Mostly good. Their reporting on vietnam was fantastic and they are much better than most papers.

        Most of the journalists there are fantastic and they run some really great articles but…

    I can think of bottle stoppers and shoe soles, where else can cork be used instead of plastic?
