    The caterpillar is non-renewable energies. It’s doing good and growing, but it can’t keep on eating and shitting forever because poop will accumulate and resources will run out.

    The caterpillar needs to transform to a butterfly (renewable energy) to keep on living.

      But the caterpillar poop is fertilizer for new plants who’ll grow up better, so in this case it would be renewable energy?
