At parties, I absolutely love drunkenly engaging with sober nerd who talks passionately about their D&D campaigns. Or listen to the fitness bro who doesn’t want to do a cheat day share his health routine. Or the gal who can’t mix alcohol with her meds but is obsessed with fibers sharing her craft work.
Fun people is a personality. Not alcohol.
Yeah one of the wildest and most fun people I’ve met is a sober vegan. Mind you she’s also out of her damn mind, but very fun nonetheless.
Want to know who’s really not fun at parties? People who need to quit drinking for everyone around them’s sake. Also people who are annoying about those of us who can drink safely’s decision to do so.
