The fact that China is likely to supply weapons to Russia as claimed by US, is just one example to underscore China’s support, not the topic of the discussion. The document I linked is from the official Chinese government site and it plainly states that the war in Ukraine is a proxy war by the US. But you keep on trying to pretend that China isn’t aligned with Russia here.
