I’m thinking about making a druidism instance community to discuss the practice and share stories and the likes. I’m not strictly opposed to it being a more general nature spirituality instance, depends on what y’all are thinking.

Anybody interested in joining and/or modding one?

Edit: I meant a community, not an instance. Got my Lemmy vocabulary mixed up. My apologies.

Edit 2: The community has been made. Go to !nature_spirituality

Instance or community? I’d be interested in joining a more general nature spirituality community.

Wait, what’s the difference between an instance and a community?

Instances are the servers that host communities and users. Your instance is slrpnk.net, you posted to the meta community. :)

Whoops, I meant a community, not an instance. My bad.

The community you are in is Meta, the instance you posted on is slrpnk.net. Somebody has to host the instance, but a community can be created on an existing instance. It depends on the rules of that instance on how new communities can be made, but it usually involves a request of some sort.

Edit: Like girl said a couple minutes before

Oops. I meant a community, not instance. I’m still relatively new to lemmy 😅. Thanks for clarifying.
