Are they protesting capitalism or just trying to survive? I suppose both would be true.
Survival is a protest of capitalism at this point.
I would like to think there are vegans who steal meat. Considering veganism
is(should be) about not supporting the meat industry or harm to animals, and not about consumption. Probably not the case though. IMO it would be nice if the theft were focused on animal products.
