What if there was a political party that simply enacted the majority will of the people? How would they know the will of the people? How about a social media like app that allows people to “vote” on how they want things to be? Only civil discourse allowed. User made video explanations of different points of view that get floated to the top like on Reddit maybe? Idk, I haven’t thought through every detail, but all I know is that if the world was run by the Democratic majority, it would be much closer to the utopia everyone wants after the apocalypse. And I also know that all we need to do is collectively agree that we’re going to get the things we agree on, and leave the things we disagree on alone until there’s consensus.
