I can’t read in this language, but… Is this about the boat full of refugees that sunk?

Either way, I don’t get why people are so against immigration. At this point, I feel the least I can do is allow anyone and everyone to move to my country just to get them out of whatever area is being ravaged by the climate crisis.

Just make sure it’s a megacorp and not a small or medium-sized business. Stealing from Wal-Mart? Yeah, I can see that, fuck Wal-Mart. Stealing from a mom and pop convenience store? Ick, who does that? A Peavy Mart? Eh… Not sure.

I hate to break it to you, but this isn’t stupidity or general selfishness. The bad guys won as far as climate is concerned; the only people with the power to stop climate change are the corporate CEOs and the ultra-wealthy investors. Individuals can’t make a difference even if we acted uniformly, because over 50% of carbon emissions are corporate in origin and people need stuff to do things. Things. You know, like their jobs. Commuting to work or eating food you can afford, short term nescessities, is more important on a personal basis than long term goals because if you die today, you don’t get to see tomorrow. We’re trapped and there’s no way around it… except maybe to kill the rich.

So stop blaming your neighbours for ruining the climate. They had no choice in the matter and the ones who ACTUALLY did this damn well know it.

Well, to be fair, Plankton are aerobic flora that consume carbon-dioxide and emit oxygen. These little guys are probably buying us a lot of time and I hope we can use it well.
